  According to related industries on December 9, 2020, CEO Sung Do-kyung of Vinatech acquired 100% of Ace Creation stake, a manufacturer of hydrogen fuel cell bipolar plates, for a total of 700 million won. With the acquisition, Vinatech has become the only company in Korea can manufacture produce carbon support, catalyst, membrane electrode assembly and even bipolar plates, which are key components of hydrogen fuel cell stacks. Vinatech expects this acquisition to expand its hydrogen fuel cell value chain.
